Refund Policy
Eligibility
Paid enrollments invoiced by API Analytics may qualify for a refund when cancellation meets the conditions below. Complimentary seats and promotional access are not refundable for cash value.
Timeframe
For live cohorts (Control Room / Subscription Desk), you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the first live session. Requests received after that point are assessed for partial refund only.
For Field Notes (self-paced), you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery of materials if fewer than 20% of template files have been downloaded.
Full vs partial refund
- Full refund — cancellation inside the windows above, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer date.
- Partial refund — after the cohort starts, up to 50% if you withdraw before the third live session and have not received a completed workpaper review. After the third session, fees are generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Custom workshops already delivered, manager briefings completed, and third-party fees (bank transfer charges, currency conversion) are non-refundable. Digital materials once substantially downloaded outside the Field Notes window are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email info@apianalytics.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full or partial refund.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the account you nominate. Currency conversion differences may apply for non-KRW payments.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of course fees paid.
Exceptions
We may grant exceptions for documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service affecting attendance. Abuse of the refund process (for example, downloading complete libraries then requesting a refund) may result in denial and account restrictions.
